If I place an order today, how long before it is processed and shipped?
Orders will be processed and shipped within two (02) business days. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Mail. The Post Office gives no guarantee for delivery of Priority Mail but it is our experience that those orders are usually delivered within three (03) to five (05) days of shipment. Delivery of Express Mail is guaranteed to be delivered in one (01) or two (02) days, depending on where they are being shipped.

How do I know that my order has gone through?
You will see a confirmation page with all of the information pertaining to your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.

If I have a question about my order what should I do, or whom do I contact?
Only Cross Movement Online Store can answer questions pertaining to the store you are in now. For the quickest response to your questions, it is preferred that you communicate via e-mail for questions such as the status of your order.  The e-mail address is store@crossmovementrecords.com.

I would like to order CM products but do not live in the United States. How can I get CMR products?
We are in the process of updating our store to accommodate our international supporters. Continue to check out our site for this upcoming option. You can send a check or money order, in US Dollars, to CROSS MOVEMENT RECORDS, PO BOX 5348, PHILADELPHIA PA 19142. Include a list of the items desired. For international orders we ship using  Priority Mail. For assistance with the cost of shipping you can e-mail us at store@crossmovementrecords.com.

Send a check or money order to CROSS MOVEMENT RECORDS, PO BOX 5348, PHILADELPHIA PA 19142.  Your order will be shipped to you within two business days of our receipt. Your total payment must include postage and handling. We only ship via Priority or Express Mail. If not sure of the cost for shipping, e-mail us at store@crossmovementrecords.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.  

What if my questions were not answered here?
You may e-mail store@crossmovementrecords.com with any questions not found here, concerning the Cross Movement Records store.
